I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the Forearm Bar! I received the bar this week and completed 2 workouts with the bar. My forearms are defiinitely fuller and becoming more vascular. I cannot attribute this to supplements. I am fully convinced that I was working only 60% of the muscles in the forearm using my wrist roller and various other forearm bars purchased from various strength companies. I cannot wait to see the results in about 6 months and God willing in approx one year of training with this bar! My only regret is that I did not buy 2 more for my friends! Awesome bar!!! I will look at your other products as well. Thanks so much for revolutionizing my training using fewer sets and lighter weights for greater results.
