The E-Flex Forearm Bars are a True Free-Weight Training Apparatus specifically designed to strengthen the wrist flexors and build powerful forearms. Our Forearm Bars allow you to stand and directly flex the weight for optimal range of motion resulting in substantially increased muscle concentration and Forearm / Wrist strength development.

Extensor Wrist Curls

If you have ever experienced tendonitis in your elbow from biceps training,  this is due largely in part to poorly or under developed forearm, wrist flexors, & extensor muscles that are responsible for elbow, forearm and wrist rotation.  The E-Flex Forearm Bars specifically

targets all of these muscles & tendons.

WHATS NEWS

For overall forearm and wrist strength development you must isolate and target the four major muscle groups that make up the forearm

Forearm Flexors - (wrist and grip strength)

Wrist Flexors - (wrist and grip strength)

Extensor Muscles - (elbow and wrist rotation)

Brachioradialis - (acts to flex the forearm at the elbow)

The E-Flex Forearm Bar targets all of these muscle groups.

Barbells target the wrist flexors, forearm flexors and limited engagement of the brachioradialis.

Wrist Rollers target the Forearm Flexors and partially target the Brachioradialis.

Grip Emphasis Devices target the Forearm Flexors with partial engagement of the Wrist Flexors.

— Dedicated to Your Physical Transformation —
In the December ’04 Critical Mass I outlined how to build forearm mass; however that was before I discovered a new bar that Jonathan Lawson and I have been using in our workouts.  It’s called the Forearm Bar and it was sent to us by Monster Barbell Co.
It’s a uniquely angled short bar, shaped like a wide V, with a pin in the middle so you can add barbell plates.  You stand gripping the bar at arm’s length and do wrist curls or reverse wrist curls over a full range.  Jonathan and I have been using it along with X Reps in our forearm routine, and we’ve gotten some wild new detail in our lower arms, not to mention vascularty.

The Unique shape of the bar enables you to do full-range wrist curls and reverse wrist curls while standing allowing for dramatically increased forearm muscle activation.
